HOME PERFUME CONSULTANT

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper
• Sell Maison Berger Paris products by meeting our clients' needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand method:
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping
• Identify and understand customers' needs
• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers
• Offer the right FRAGRANCE and conduct it perfectly
• Propose complementary products within category and cross category
• Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand HERITAGE and product qualification - EPV
• Achieve retail sales targets (in store and CALL & CHAT) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
• Master brand, category, and competition knowledge

• Bangkok

 

Requirements & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in high-end home fashion, fragrance industry or in similar capacity
• Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
• Likes home decorations and appreciates quality products
